Well if you can't then you might be too young to have lived before cell phones, or keep reading because this pertains to you! :) Start memorizing commonly used numbers from your contact list. It will help keep you sharper (and maybe spare you some grief if you ever lose your phone). When you are used to dialing one without checking it, move on to the next. This is a simple way to exercise your mind in a new way and test your memory.
