Stop The Planning And Start The Doing...Waiting for the right moment to start exercising? Still thinking about getting back into the gym?  Well ask yourself how long you have planning for that loving reunion with your gym membership.  I frequently hear patients tell me about the, "I'm going to..." thoughts.  Sometimes I even see that I have mentioned it in my notes over the course of several years, 'Patient planning to start exercise program.'  So if that is you, then stop the planning and start the doing.  Begin with a few minutes just a few times a week and then you can always work your way up.  Remember that you are better off actually doing 15 minutes of exercise a few times a week at home than dreaming about the hours you plan on spending in a gym someday.
