Try cutting back on the amount of pasta, bread, rice and potatoes that you eat with dinner. Limit yourself to only one of them with a portion the size of your fist or smaller. Think about eliminating them completely several days a week and making dinner fish, chicken, turkey, or lean meat with vegetables or salad. This is a great way to lose some weight without skipping meals or losing nutritional benefits.
