Yogurt contains live cultures, which means it has bacteria that help us digest the food we eat. A supplement purchased over the counter at any pharmacy in the Vitamin section called, "Probiotic + Acidophilus" (any brand), can help to decrease bloating and flatulence after meals. Take it daily for 4 weeks and if it seems to help then just repeat a 2-4 week course every 3-6 months when symptoms recur. It is also good to take for a few weeks before traveling abroad to help decrease the risk of traveler's diarrhea.
