Sept 10, 2012 - Never Starving, Never Stuffed

Don't postpone eating to the point that your hunger could affect your judgement. If you are starving, then having a small snack like a piece of fruit, some baby carrots, or even a 100 calorie snack or bar is better than overindulging at the next meal. Try to eat 3 meals a day spaced about 5 hours apart to avoid long gaps without food. It is better for your digestion, weight maintenance, energy level, and overall health.
