Oct 15, 2012 - Start With a Push Up

It is easy to procrastinate starting an exercise program when the daunting task of going to a gym looms over you. Try doing 5 - 10 minutes of stretching and some push ups in the morning before you have a chance to talk yourself out of it. Stretching is a great way to loosen up and eliminate otherwise stiff muscles and push ups are an excellent total upper body work out. This is a great starting point and a great way to start your day.
